Foxconn Posts 11% Revenue Jump in Q3 Driven by AI Server Demand
Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., better known as Foxconn, reported a third-quarter revenue surge of 11% to $67.7 billion, fueled by relentless demand for AI server infrastructure. October sales alone hit NT$895.7 billion ($29 billion), maintaining an 11.3% year-over-year growth trajectory that mirrors September's performance.
The Taiwanese manufacturing giant anticipates a 15% sales increase in Q4 as Big Tech's AI spending accelerates. Foxconn's role as a critical Nvidia server supplier positions it at the epicenter of the AI infrastructure boom, with Meta and OpenAI's massive data center investments translating directly into hardware orders.
New AI server production lines are being activated in Wisconsin and Texas, marking a strategic pivot from plateauing iPhone assembly. Both Apple and Nvidia are participating in this capacity expansion, signaling Foxconn's transformation into an AI infrastructure powerhouse.
